    At The Sensory Mixx, we do our best to ensure every order is processed quickly, packaged with care, and shipped safely to your doorstep, because we know how excited little hands are to play!


    đź•’ Order Processing

    All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
    You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is verified, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

    Please note:

    • We only ship Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

    • Orders placed over weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    • Once your order enters our delivery department, we are unable to make any changes, including address edits or product swaps.

    Shipping times vary depending on your location and courier service:

    Please remember, these are estimated working days and do not include our 1–2 day processing period. Delivery times may vary based on courier schedules, holidays, or regional service delays.


    đź§ľ Tracking Information

    📦 Where can I find my tracking code?

    Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email containing your courier tracking number and a link to track your parcel’s journey.

    If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and no tracking update is available, please contact us at sensorymixx@gmail.com, and we’ll assist right away.

    Note: Some couriers take 1–3 days to update tracking information on their system.

    🔍 Tracking

    All Sensory Mixx orders are processed with tracking numbers. You’ll be notified once your parcel is dispatched to the courier’s sorting facility.


    📦 I Received the Wrong Order

    If you’ve received the wrong order, please contact us immediately at sensorymixx@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item(s).
    We’ll investigate and arrange for the correct order to be sent as soon as possible.


    🏠 Delivery Details & Wrong Address Disclaimer

    It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery details (name, address, contact number, postal code, etc.) are accurate and complete at checkout.
    Once your order has entered the shipping process, we cannot make changes or retrieve it for address corrections.

    If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, The Sensory Mixx cannot be held responsible for delayed, lost, or undelivered parcels.
    Customers are responsible for any costs associated with re-delivery or replacement due to an incorrect address.


    đź’” Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

    We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, once your parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, The Sensory Mixx cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

    If this happens:

    • Please contact your shipping carrier directly to report the issue and file a claim.

    • We rely on the timestamp and delivery confirmation from the courier when reviewing any claims.

    • Claims not reported promptly may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

    If your order arrives visibly damaged, please email sensorymixx@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
